A brief history...

WHO ARE WE?

TRANSFIGURATION BIBLE INSTITUTE (TBI) is a full gospel, non conformist non-denominational bible school, fondly called JESUS COLLEGE, A place of change for this generation where Christian men & women are prepared for spiritual service. Where you hear God, receive calls, gifts, assignments, patterns etc. It is an atmosphere where you contact CHANGE; the Word, receive confirmation and learn to handle the Word.

TBI was founded in the year 2008 using the hands of God's servant; Pastor MacPaul Ifeanyichukwu Okolo and has since trained several men and women who have become bold to run with the tools given by the Holy God, following the patterns shown them at TBI, and they have since become outstanding institutions glorifying God, affecting lives and blessing humanity.

We believe everyone was born for a purpose and called to serve, with tools (gifts, talents, and skills) to use, and to the glory of God we have seen the Alumnus of this Holy Institute using their tools (gifts, talents and skills) to the praise of God and blessing of humanity after encountering the light of God in Transfiguration Bible Institute

Kitchen for Christ: A ministry that feeds the hungry and trains women culinary skills.

Newine Music: A music ministry that testifies Jesus and edifies men through their songs

Expression Music Institute: A Christian music training institute for children and young adults

Lady Atinuke: A home for special children

Newday Heritage: A ministry to students in the area of counseling and education

OUR MODULES

Our courses are divinely tailored to meet the needs of the 21st century persons. Such courses are:

Call and Assignment
Positioning and Differentiation
Missions
Due order
Tools
And other courses targeted towards preparing men and women as Society Changers, High Yield Leaders and Mission Conscious Individuals.

Our text book, is the Holy Bible, a notebook, a flowing pen and most importantly your heart.

We do not issue handout for this is not an academic exercise but a meeting with the Holy God.
We are practical with CASE STUDIES, OPEN DISCUSSIONS & GROUP ASSIGNMENTS.
We encourage our students to READ a lot, borrow books from the school library or buy from the school bookshop.

OUR TEACHING METHOD

WHO CAN APPLY?

Men and Women; 16 years and above, who are literate with the basic understanding of the English language.

Men and Women from all Christian denominations

People who are seeking to know God and His will for their lives

People who are confused and seek to find answers from the Lord.

Men and women on the altar who seek to repair wrong foundations but do not know how to go about it.

Men and women called to ministry but are not sure what next step to take…
Captains of industries and leaders of society that wants to dissolve the perplexities of the modern times.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The Institute admits students April and August every year.

Classes hold every Monday to Friday by 8:00am to 1:00pm for 50 HOURS.

A Full-Time on campus life which makes you feel alive compared with staggered weekend classes.

This is designed to sharpen your spirit & mind to be the best you can be.
